There’s enough room in the pack to toss in a hat and an extra layer, so if you start a long run in the morning and want to take something off but not leave it, you can probably stash it in the bag, which is nice. Everything is adjustable so You don’t have any bounce, which is nice. I’m still happy to take it off and toss it once it’s empty. I tossed it about 2 miles from the finish line at my last marathon.
